Peugeot 301 The new Peugeot 301 saloon is revealed ahead of a Paris 2012 debut, launching Peugeot’s new numbering for its models. It’s not a car we’ll be getting in the UK and Europe, but the new Peugeot 301 is important nonetheless as Peugeot expect it to be one of their biggest sellers. Coming in at 4440mm long – which is a bit bigger than a 308 but smaller than a 508 – the Peuegot 301 is a saloon car that’s being built in Spain and aimed at the car markets in Turkey, Eastern Europe, Russia, Ukraine, Greece, Middle East and Africa.

Bentley Continental GT3 Road Car? Probably not

Despite reports to the contrary, it seems highly unlikely that Bentley will produce a road going version of the Continental GT3. The Continental GT3 is just a concept at the moment - although it will become a proper track car – but it has already had Autocar gazing in to its crystal ball to suggest that Bentley will be building a GT3 for the road, with a 700bhp W12 and 4WD, and will sell it in limited numbers. OLDER DRIVERS whose driving style may have changed or are less able behind the wheel should be aided by relatives in deciding when to hang up their keys, according to an industry expert. Professor Andrew Parks, a chief scientist at the Transport Research Laboratory, warns in a new video interview that older drivers can be very defensive about their driving standards and react badly to any criticism of it. "I know this from my own experience, as I was recently on a car journey driven by my father, the first for 10 years,” he explaned.
